COMPARATIVE STUDY OF HISTOPATHOLOGICAL CHANGES BETWEEN NANO-BORON AND BORON IN SMALL INTESTINE OF LAYER CHICKENS

The aim of this study was to compare the effect boron and nanoboron" on histomorphology small intestine in layer chickens. 210 day-old chicks were used randomly assigned seven equal groups. experiment, groups exposed both normal nano-boron as follows:G1 received 15 mg/L their drinking water, G2 got 25 mg/L, G3 45 while nano following G4 G5 G6 nano-boron, G7 not given any treatment. By using a light microscope, result examine determine villi's height, thickness, crypt depth, muscle thickness. measurements villi thickness showed significant difference (P≤0.05) between all treated (nanoboron at G5,G6 than boron) comparison with control group, highest mean G6(NB) measures intestine. findings concluded that adding "boron consumption water improved structure intestine, particularly evident high nanoboron concentrations.
